 Our family have been in the building and construction Industry since the 1900's going back four generations. Building under family names such as Wallace, Coulson, Bertram, Oakes. My family have built and renovated homes in Oakville, Burlington, Ancaster, Rockwood, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener Waterloo, Milton, Port Dover, Brantford. We have a long history of building homes in quaint and prestige's areas.

 I have built and renovated may properties in residential and commercial areas to maximize their full potential. Designing and building homes with 9' or 10' ceilings using modified roof trusses. Designing  higher pitch roofs for better air circulation and lower hydro bills. Insulate all the exterior and interior walls with Roxul safe and sound for a very quite home. We only installs solid doors for every build with high quality windows such as Pella, Anderson, Ridley. All our bricks come from Canadian manufactures using Canadian clay the best in North America. All exterior walls and roof sheathing is plywood. All interior floor sheathing is plywood. All kitchen cabinets are solid wood doors and draws, interiors are veneered plywood our solid wood.  

 The VOC in paints we use are all low or zero emitting. Brands such as Berh Premium Plus, Benjamin Moore Eco- Spec, Pittsburgh Paints Pure Performance.
